Weekend/Mid-Week and Short Breaks possible out of season. Long term lets October to June (2 months or longer, price by negotiation) for house hunting/awaiting signing of papers etc. A discount is available if booking 2 or more apartments.
Electricity, gas, water and heating/air conditioning are all included in the price.
Bed-linen and towels (incl beach/pool towels) and their change-over is included in the price.
Saturday to Saturday bookings only in very high season. For other seasons there may be flexibility - please ask. Departure normally before 10.a.m. Arrival normally after 4p.m. but talk to us if this causes a problem.
Limited private off road parking is available free of charge for the duration of your stay (no liability).
Airport pickups from Perpignan airport can be arranged - please ask at time of booking.
A welcome pack of basic essentials can be provided, if required, at extra cost.Ask for details.
A potential damages deposit is payable - refunded if no damage - see Booking Conditioms. £100 for La Petite Maison and £150 for all other units.
Email and internet facilities are available in the main house - ask for WEP no to access this on your own computer
